The Contur Propeller is an innovative, high-strength ship's propeller made from fiber compound material. The innovative propeller consists of a metal hub and exchangeable carbon-fiber blade.
The Contur Propeller offers optimum characteristics for yachts, passenger ships and military applications. Its production size ranges up to a diameter of three meters,
with an output range of up to 3,500 kilowatt.

Contur-F-Propeller:
The specially designed Contur-F-Propeller is the first "intelligent propeller". This designation describes a propeller that can self-adjust its pitch without additional mechanical components. The key to this automatic pitch adjustment is an elastic material mix that allows precise deformations of the propeller blade. This results in optimum power adaptation during various operating conditions.
The propeller adjusts its pitch automatically without external setting mechanisms. As a result, fuel consumption can be reduced by up to 15 percent, while acceleration properties are improved.
